If you are contacting us in regard to a behaviour problem then please list all of the problems that you are having, this will ensure that we are fully prepared  for your consultation and will avoid you having to make unnecessary further appointments to cover things that we were not expecting, we reserve the right not to deal with any problem that you have not informed us of prior to your appointment. Please let us know what exactly is happening and when and where it is occurring and what you have tried so far in order to resolve the problem.

If you are contacting us for obedience training please have your diary, calendar, or work/shift rota available as we will arrange all 3-4 sessions in the time of booking.
